Demonstrations are held every Sunday morning at 11am EXCEPT when we are holding our Rookie Cooks classes.

Come and watch SA's own Ben fresh from Masterchef as he demonstrates some fun ideas with seasonal market produce as he makes strawberry and rhubarb panna cotta.
Sunday 22nd December
10.30am - Festive Masterclass
Learn how to make a modern Summer Festive Lunch with our resident foodie Chrissy Rob.
Starting sparkling wine and orange juice paired with some of the market's fine charcuterie, followed by a 2 hour demonstration on how to make a festive Turkey Pithivier and individual Black Forest Cheesecake and Mousse Desserts, all using the market's seasonal fruit and produce.
