Buskers, Community Groups and Charities
Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market welcomes buskers, charities and local community organisations. Spaces are limited and market rules and application processes apply.
We love having musicians and street entertainers busk at our market, Sundays 9am to 1pm (8am - 1pm December, January and February).
Many buskers find it a worthwhile location to share their talents with an appreciative local crowd at this busy market where most customers still carry cash.
How to busk at our market:
- New buskers are required to complete the 'Register Your Interest' form below.
- Buskers must sign in at the Market Information Tent inside the market pavilion on arrival. This is so we know who is on site and can provide guidance on available spots.
With a limited number of busking spots available each week, please book in advance.
Community Stalls and Charity Groups
As a not-for-profit organisation we value volunteer organisations and provide a Community Stall site for registered charities, incorporated not-for-profit organisations, education groups and other community groups or organisations.
Using our Community Stall site:
- Preference is given to local groups and the stall is subject to availability and approval by the Market Manager.
- Religious and political groups are not permitted to recruit or promote their beliefs. Collecting signatures for petitions is not permitted within the market.
Community groups are asked to remain at their allocated site and allow interested shoppers to approach them. They are not allowed to walk around engaging shoppers.
