PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT currently taking expressions of interest for catering stalls (ie. food for consumption at the market), bread, cake/sweet, cookie/biscuit stalls or coffee vendors.

Your application is an expression of interest only. It does not bind you to accept a site offered to you, nor does it guarantee that you will be offered a site. Please note, due to the number of applications we receive it can take up to eight weeks to process your application.
