Award-Winning Wild Harvest Olive Oil

Phil and his family at Wild Harvest Olive Oil are dedicated to harvesting olives from wild trees and relinquished groves on Kaurna and Ngarrindjeri Country. They forage and hand-pick olives which they gather into repurposed hessian sacks, to transport for cold pressing into extra virgin flavourful olive oil.  

Harvesting wild olives not only enhances the flavour and character of their award-winning oils, but helps to protect the native vegetation and ecology by preventing germination as olives are a declared weed in South Australia.  

Care has been taken to glean fruit from clean environments free from spray and roadside pollution.  Wild Harvest Olive Oil’s are unfiltered, full of nutrients and pressed within two days of gleaning the fruit.
