Originating from Lesvos, Greece, The Banelis family have been fishing for at least five generations. Fisherman John Banelis has been catching garfish, flathead, silver whiting, King George whiting and calamari in the Spencer and St Vincent Gulfs for 21 years. John, Melissa and their children are delighted to bring their catch straight from the sea to our market every Sunday.
