Artisanal Italian crackers

John Viscione brought his father’s recipes for taralli, traditional baked biscuits, when he migrated from southern Italy. Founded in 1975 Continental Taralli Biscuits has grown into a thriving family business, with John’s children and grandchildren baking a huge range of artisanal biscuits to their family’s original recipes.

The entire range is free of artificial preservatives, flavours and colours. A fusion of traditional baking methods and cutting edge technology has allowed the business to expand while maintaining quality and flavour.

Taralli are a traditional savoury snack in southern Italy. Similar to a pretzel, taralli are vegan, all natural and low in sugar. They make a healthy addition to grazing boards, a delicious bar snack or alternative to crackers or croutons. Tarallini are crispy bite size taralli and moreover they come in a huge range of flavours.  Sample the nine different flavours including: garlic and black pepper, hot chilli and fennel, lemon myrtle and sesame seed, Parmesan and sea salt and sun dried tomato and basil.

For those with a sweet tooth there are also double baked sweet crispbreads.  The almond breads are available in classic almond, apricot and almond and pistachio and cranberry flavour.
