Handmade from fresh, seasonal Farmers’ Market produce,  Sunshine Ice Blocks are a delicious icy goodness on a stick! 

Sunshine Ice Blocks sell natural, seasonal and delicious ice blocks at the Adelaide Farmers Market weekly. Made with local, seasonal produce, their ice blocks contain only natural ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, making them the ideal healthy treat. Their ice block wrappers are made from plants, not plastic making them completely compostable. 

Brendan, Courtney and their three children wanted to create a business showing good can be healthy and delicious. Their whole fruit blocks follow seasonal availability so the flavour list is constantly changing but always different and delicious: 

• blood orange and honey
• chocolate and avocado
• lavender lemonade
• peach and basil
• strawberry lime
• tangelo lime and cardamon

Their philosophy is simple; take seasonal  local whole fruit, create delicious flavour combinations, freeze and serve! Made using the goodness of whole fruit instead if juice they prioritise organic, spray free local produce in each new flavour. The range contains no artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or additives and little to no added sugar. All ice blocks are gluten free and they offer a variety of vegan options.

They have also recently introduced Sparking Drinks to the range to reflect seasonal flavours.

You can find the Sunshine Ice Blocks freezer in the Garden Farmers stall outside at the Farmers’ Market every Sunday during Summer.
