Traditional Slavic honey cake

House of Honey (formerly Lato Cakery) makes traditional Slavic honey cake using a family recipe.

Indulge in a five layer honey cake, alternating pure South Australian honey with layers of delicious caramel cream, topped with Australian walnuts. The perfect treat for morning tea, these cakes are handmade in Adelaide.  Maria bakes everything from scratch in her council approved home kitchen using 100% South Australian ingredients including free-range eggs and local honey. The cakes are preservative and artificial colour free. House of Honey cakes contain no animal fat or gelatin. Available individually or in packs of four.

House of Honey also produce a delicious baked cheesecake: try a slice of creamy baked cheesecake topped with homemade caramel cream and honey biscuit crumbs. All handmade using 100% South Australian ingredients. They have recently added a Napoleon cake to the range.
