Authentic Indian Sauces and Ready Meals from Ragini's Spice

Ragini’s Spice was created by Ragini Dey who moved from her native northern India to South Australia almost 40 years ago. Ragini cooked her legendary curries for Don Dunstan at Government House and now shares her decades of experience creating authentic Indian cuisine at our market every Sunday. From her Hutt Street restaurant Ragini offers not only delicious meals but also cooking classes and catering. In addition, Ragini has published two cook books to help you recreate authentic Indian cuisine at home, find them at her stall.

Stock your pantry with Ragini’s Spice pastes and sauces or pick up ready to go curries and samosas for an easy dinner. Ragini bakes everything from scratch in small batches for intense flavour. From familiar favourites like butter chicken sauce and tandoori spice mix, to spiced carrot and cauliflower pickle and mango chutney there is something for everyone with many vegetarian and vegan options.
