The Kimchi Club was founded by Minka Park, who migrated here from South Korea and now shares her unique plant based Korean food with our market community.
Her food is full of intense, rich flavour, grounded in traditional Korean methods and thoughtfully adapted to the Australian palate using local, seasonal produce.
Hand made in small batches with premium Australian ingredients, the range includes condiments and authentic Korean sauces such as Bulgogi in Hot, BBQ and Hot Hot, all natural, vegan and gluten free. These are the building blocks to help you create your own Korean dishes at home.
She’s just added a fermented carrot to the range. No nasties, no added sugar, just bright, crunchy flavour.
You can also enjoy it ready to eat at the market, with Minka now serving fresh Korean bibimbowls. Choose your protein, pick up to three kimchi, and you’re set.
Gluten free, high in fibre, full of probiotics, and seriously good.
