In 2004, three Fleurieu farming families – the Clarkes, Hutchinsons, and Royans – came together with a shared vision. They wanted to bring their own milk, straight from their farms, to the market. Dissatisfied with the milk available in stores, they set out on a journey to offer “real milk, how it used to taste.” With their Jersey and Friesian Holstein herds, they began producing Jersey Premium Farm Fresh milk. Today, they produce over 250,000 litres per week across nine farms.
