Sourdough doughnuts

Owners Thy and Ram with close friend and fellow flour lover, Luka, created Butter and Toast after they decided to delve deeper into their passion to learn the art of Italian and French pastries and bread. 

The name reflecting this passion with ‘Butter’ referring to the patisserie side of things, being an important component in any good pastry, and Toast referencing the bread and baking side.

They soon came to realise that people loved their sourdough donuts so decided to focus their energy on them.

Thy and Ram have since taken the reigns and work hard to find the perfect balance when it comes to the sourdough donut fillings, creating fresh and creative flavours that are not sickly sweet. 

With flavours such as Salted Caramel, Pandan, Vietnamese coffee, Thai milk tea, Banoffee Pie and Lemon Meringue doughnut (made with lemons from the family lemon tree at home), it’s no wonder Butter & Toast (B&T) have become such a popular market stop.
