Native Bush Honey, Cold Extracted

The family of Bush Organics harvest honey from remote wild bush lands of Kangaroo Island.  The ancient homeland of Kaurna, Ngarrindjeri and Narungga Nations know traditionally as Karta Pintingga.

Ligurian bees forage on the Island’s biodiverse endemic native flora, rich in Melaleuca, Mallee, and Tea Tree.  Honey is harvested from wooden hives, which are naturally treated, surrounded by the bush away from chemical spray of pollution.  The family cold extract the honey by hand, avoiding any heat or electricity then lightly sieved the honey to preserve and retain the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and antibacterial qualities.

Produced to heal, nurture and nourish their community.  The family of Bush Organics take pride in producing what many consider to be some of the finest honey in the world.  Their honey is celebrated internationally for its medicinal benefits.
