Heritage pork from a South Australian family farm

81 Acres is led by Meg, who continues to raise pastured, free range pigs in Currency Creek. Like many small, boutique farms, everything works to a natural rhythm, so you’ll see her at the market regularly, typically at least once a month, depending on how the animals are coming along.

You can taste the difference in their preservative and nitrate free bacon, sausages and fresh pork cuts. Think triple smoked bacon, fennel and garlic sausages, pork roasts, chops, mince and spare ribs.

These heritage breed pigs are truly free range, roaming open pastures as they grow.
