Method

  1. To make the dressing, combine all the ingredients in a small jug or bowl.
  2. Place the purple and green cabbage in a bowl, add half the dressing and turn to coat well. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. To serve, spread the cabbage mixture over a plate and place the zoodles and cucumber on top, rolled up in little bunches. Drizzle with the reserved dressing and sprinkle with the sesame seeds, then finish with chilli and furikake to taste
