Delicious salty kale chip snacks.
Preheat oven to 170C
Cut the kale leaves from the stems and then break up into smaller prices with your hands or scissors and place in a bowl.
Massage some olive oil onto the leaves making sure all surfaces are lightly coated.
Spread the leaves onto a lined baking tray.
Sprinkle lightly with salt.
Bake in the oven until the leaves are crisp but not yet turned brown. Approximately 10 – 15mins. Watch them carefully after 8mins to make sure they don’t burn.
