Ingredients
1/2 punnet of strawberries
300ml milk
1 tbsp Good Country Hemp protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 banana
4 almonds
1/4 cup dried dates
100ml coconut milk
1 tsp almond or peanut butter
1 tsp honey
Simply blend the ingredients together for a boost of plant based protein to start your day off right. This refreshing summer smoothie can be made with so many market ingredients from dried dates and almonds to strawberries and Good Country Hemp protein powder.
