Steps

  1. Fry onion and chilli in olive oil until soft. Add tomatoes and salt and simmer for 20 minutes until tomatoes are soft.
  2. Meanwhile, bring a large saucepan of salted water to the boil. Add potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Add beans and cook for 3 minutes. Add pasta and cook for a further 4-5 minutes until al dente.
  4. Drain potato, beans and pasta and combine with sauce and torn basil leaves. Enjoy!
