Help Guide Our Market's Future
We are seeking nominations for the volunteer committee that sets the direction for our non-profit market. If necessary, the online elections will be held from 5 September until 5 October, and the results will be announced at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for Sunday, October 12th, at 1 p.m after the market in the Stirling Angas Pavilion.
The committee meets on the third Wednesday of the month at 5pm. It comprises six elected members, three specialist representatives and a representative of The Royal and Horticultural Society of SA. Three elected positions will become vacant in October when their terms end. Only current Market Members can nominate. As a 2025 Market Member, if you would like to nominate for a position on the committee, you will need another current Market Member to nominate you. Interested? Nominations must be submitted by 5pm ACST Thursday 4 September 2025 to:
- By hand and delivered to the Information Stand at the Farmers’ Market or
- By email marked ‘Attention to The Public Officer’ at admin@adelaidefarmersmarket.com.au
