Fresh from Eyre Peninsula’s pristine waters, Pacific Oyster brings unshucked oysters from Streaky Bay and Smoky Bay straight to Adelaide. Founded by William Turners in March 2024, this stall is all about making great oysters more accessible—no fluff, no fuss, just top-quality live oysters ready to enjoy.
You’ll find William shucking up a storm every fourth Sunday of the month at the Adelaide Showground. Whether you’re an oyster lover or just curious to try, this is your chance to grab Adelaide’s freshest, live oysters—harvested to order.
Prefer them raw with a squeeze of lemon? Go for it. Want to get fancy with a quick grill? That works too. However you like them, these oysters are cool, fresh, and full of flavour.
