Authentic French Patisserie

Andre has been baking authentic patisserie on the King William Road since he emigrated from France in 1985. Everything is handmade in his Unley bakery and he offers a full range of French classics, including: croissants, eclairs, flans, fruit tarts, macarons, madeleines and quiches. 

Mulots also sells seasonal treats like the traditional ‘Buche de Noel’ chocolate log and special occasion cakes such as the magnificent ‘Croquembouche’ French wedding cake.  If you have always wanted to learn how to bake buttery croissants at home, Andre also runs cookery courses throughout the year in his King William Road bakery.
