Andre has been baking authentic, handmade patisserie on the King William Road since he emigrated from France in 1985. Mulots Patisserie offers a full range of French classics, including: croissants, eclairs, flans, fruit tarts, macarons, madeleines and quiches. 

Andre also sells seasonal treats like the traditional ‘Buche de Noel’ chocolate log.  Ask at the stall about special orders such as the magnificent ‘Croquembouche’ French wedding cake.  If you have always wanted to learn how to bake buttery croissants at home, Andre also runs cookery courses throughout the year at his King William Road bakery.
