Handcrafted cloudy cider

LOBO ciders are cloudy, unfiltered, undiluted and 100% authentic. Crafted in the Adelaide Hills by fifth generation apple grower Michael Stafford and Somerset cider maker Warwick Billings, they are made using locally grown apples and packed with real apple flavour.

Michael grows many of the apples himself, with the rest sourced from neighbouring Adelaide Hills growers. The apples are crushed and undergo a long, cool fermentation before the cider is bottled or canned without filtration. This creates LOBO’s naturally cloudy cider, with a little apple and yeast sediment sometimes present.

Along with their handcrafted cider range and new Orchard Apple Cider cans, LOBO produces award winning Lobodos Apple Brandy, Quince Liqueur Gin, Dry Gin and small batch seasonal specials.

LOBO means wolf in Spanish and Portuguese and is also a rare variety of apple. This inspired the quirky wolf illustrations featured across the range, with each label designed by a different artist.

Find LOBO outside at the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market on the first Sunday of each month.
