The Kimchi Club was founded by Minka Park who migrated here from South Korea.  She creates unique plant-based Korean food unlike any you’ve tasted before. 

Full of intense, rich flavours that are based on traditional Korean methods and flavours, adapted to the Australian palate and produce.

Hand-made in small batches with premium Australian ingredients the range includes condiments and authentic Korean sauces such as Bulgogi Sauce in Hot, BBQ and Hot Hot which are all natural, vegan & gluten free. 

Minka is extremely proud to be able to share her healthy Korean food with our market community outside every first and third Sunday of the month.
