Formerly known as The CultureHood, Heirloom Tonics is the new name for Kristy and her family, who continue to produce their much loved probiotic Beet Kvass, creamy milk kefir and nourishing chia kefir puddings.

Their signature Beet Kvass Original has built a loyal following for good reason. This naturally fermented probiotic tonic is crafted from organically grown red heirloom beetroot, mineral rich salt, certified organic cloves and fresh Adelaide Hills spring water, creating a bold, earthy and savoury drink rich in naturally occurring probiotics, digestive enzymes and essential nutrients.

For those who prefer a fruitier flavour, Beet Kvass is also available with organic cold pressed pomegranate, while their Heirloom Milk Kefir is carefully made in very small batches using Alexandrina milk. Rather than rushing the fermentation process, Kristy allows the kefir grains the time they need to create a beautifully creamy, naturally cultured drink. Quantities are limited each market and available on a first served basis.

You will also find their popular Chia Kefir Fruit Puddings, making it easy to enjoy the benefits of fermented foods throughout the week.
