Craft gin distillery

Bec and Craig love working as nurses but they also have another identity…as the distillers behind Ginny Pig Gin!

Launched in June 2020, Ginny Pig is one of Adelaide’s newest distilleries.  The Ginny Pig range includes delicious spiced fig and blueberry and vanilla gins as well as classic dry gin. Look out for seasonal specials including Christmas pudding gin and hot cross bun gin at Easter. The spirits are created with help from ‘Harriet’ the small copper alembic still and ‘Charlie’ the 120l copper pot still.

‘From small beginnings come great things’ is Bec and Craig’s motto. To turn their passion for gin into a new venture they studied ‘Fundamentals of Spirit Production’ at the University of Adelaide. Bec and Craig now spend every spare moment between nursing shifts experimenting with new flavours and refining their range of handmade gins. 

The business has continued to grow with multiple awards and now a new Distillery Door at McLaren Vale.
