Tünde Topolyai from Bake It Healthy brings the warmth of Hungarian and German home baking to the Market Pavilion and it’s entirely gluten free. A trained pastry chef, Tünde honours traditional European recipes while carefully adapting them so they can be enjoyed without gluten.
Her range includes Apple Pie with Pecan, Cherry and Raspberry Pie, Plum Pie and Apricot Pie, alongside classic Linzer Cookies with jam, Chocolate Slice, Isler, Cherry Slice and the much loved Sacher Cake. These are desserts with heritage, familiar across Central Europe and rarely found at local markets in this form.
Everything is handmade in small batches using natural ingredients only, with a strong focus on South Australian produce wherever possible. No artificial additives, no preservatives, just careful baking and real flavour.
