Method:

  1. Peel and roughly chop the turmeric.

  2. Add turmeric, lemon juice, honey, and black pepper to a blender.

  3. Blend until a smooth paste.

  4. Pour into a clean jar and store in the fridge.

 

To Use:
Take 1 teaspoon daily, ideally with a splash of orange juice.
