The Spirit of Christmas Cocktail

A bright, festive cocktail that brings together Mum’s Christmas Pudding Gin with ginger beer, fresh citrus and a hint of rosemary. Sparkling, nostalgic and full of Christmas cheer.

Method

  1. Fill a glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Pour in 30 ml Mum’s Christmas Pudding Gin.

  3. Top with 150 ml ginger beer.

  4. Gently stir to combine.

  5. Garnish with an orange slice, maraschino cherry and a sprig of rosemary.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy “The Spirit of Christmas”.
