Method

  1. Pour LOBO Cider into a medium saucepan.

  2. Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and orange slices.

  3. Stir in the brown sugar (or use honey as an alternative).

  4. Warm gently over low heat until steaming, but do not boil.

  5. Let it simmer for 15–20 minutes so the flavours infuse.

  6. Serve hot in mugs or heatproof glasses.

  7. For a LOBO twist, add a small chip of butter for extra richness or float in a few golden fried apple cubes.
