Method

1 In a blender, mix garlic cloves, chilli, basil, butter,1 tbsp olive oil and lime juice.

2 Place prawns in a bowl with mixture. Mix until all prawns are coated. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes, or up to 8 hours.

3 In a large frying pan, over medium-high heat, warm 1tbsp olive oil. Add coated prawns and cook for 45 seconds before turning. Cook for 1 minute longer then remove from heat.

4 Serve immediately with crusty white bread.
