We’re welcoming international Fringe performers HEROMACRO to the market for two special Sunday appearances on 22 February and 8 March.

Visiting Australia as part of the Adelaide Fringe, this is a unique opportunity to experience a small taste of their full festival show right here at the market. HERO and MAKO, one a Ninja and the other a Geisha, bring Japanese culture, comedy and jaw-dropping acrobatics together in a high energy street performance.

Hailing from Hiroshima and Kyoto, HEROMACRO have performed at festivals and on the streets across Europe and around the world. Expect impressive feats of strength and flexibility, death-defying stunts and even chopsticks, all woven together with a quirky sense of humour that is unmistakably Japanese.

They are planning up to three short sets each Sunday morning between 10am and 12pm, before heading to their 1pm Fringe performance.
