Pack a yoga mat, towel, water bottle, blanket and some comfy clothes, and head to the market a little earlier this Sunday for a free morning yoga and meditation session with Dhyan Foundation Australia. Starting at 7.50am under the verandah near Patlin Gardens, this relaxed 40 minute session will include gentle movement, breathing and meditation, finishing in time for the market opening at 8.30am. We are back home at the Adelaide Showground on Sunday 27 September, with our full indoor and outdoor Market returning to the Stirling Angas Pavilion and Kingsway Boulevard. Enter and park via Rose Terrace. Pedestrians and cyclists can also access the Market from Leader Street.
