We’re kicking off our first kitchen demonstration of the year with a practical, hands on session focused on simple skills and good ingredients.
Our very own Christine Robertson will show you how to make fresh mayonnaise from scratch using ingredients sourced straight from the market. It’s a relaxed, easy to follow demo that’s all about everyday cooking and getting back to basics.
During the demo, 20 participants will be invited to jump in, mix their own mayonnaise, and take a jar home. Participants will be selected on the day.
The demonstration starts at 10am in the Kids Club area, inside the air conditioned Market Pavilion.
