Pavlova is a true Australian classic, and this Australia Day long weekend kids can decorate their own mini pavlova in Kids Corner.

Children will add whipped market cream, Australian flags, green and gold sprinkles, and finish their pavlova with seasonal berries sourced from our market farmers. Our wonderful market volunteers will be on hand to help, keeping the activity relaxed and hands-on.

Most little makers will finish in around 15 minutes, longer if they really get into it. Every pavlova will look a little different, and that’s part of the fun.
