The dough is slow;u fermented and topped using 100 percent South Australian market produce, with ingredients selected each week based on what’s in season and available from fellow stallholders. Each pinsa is prepared as a take-home meal, ready to heat and enjoy at home.

You’ll find Pinsa Baby every Sunday outdoors, set up next to The Dairyman. Vincenzo brings a limited batch each week, making it an easy and local Sunday tea option, rooted in Italian tradition and built around what the market has to offer.
