Method

  1. Preheat oven to 230C or 210C fan forced.

  2. Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a saucepan over medium low heat. Add bacon and cook for 1 minute until golden.

  3. Add onion and cook for 3 minutes until soft. Stir in cranberries for 1 minute, then add vinegar and sugar. Cook 1–2 minutes or until the sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and simmer 8–10 minutes until most liquid has evaporated.

  4. Place pizza bases on two trays. Cut a hole in the centre of each base to create wreath shapes.

  5. Spread the onion mixture over the bases.

  6. Toss sweet potato with 2 tsp olive oil and layer over the pizzas.

  7. Sprinkle with Gourmet Shred and top with shredded turkey.

  8. Bake for 12 minutes or until cheese has melted.

  9. Toss sage leaves with a drizzle of olive oil. Scatter over the pizzas and bake for a further 5 minutes until golden and crisp.
