Method

  1. Fill a tall glass with plenty of ice.

  2. Add the gin, cherry syrup, lime juice and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker. If you don’t have a shaker, use a clean jar with a tight-fitting lid.

  3. Shake well until chilled.

  4. Strain into the prepared glass.

  5. Top with Fever-Tree Wild Raspberry Tonic.

  6. Garnish with a cherry and a mint sprig.
