Join us on May 12th, just in time for Mother’s Day, for a special Kids Corner Workshop where we’ll be creating mini kokedama gardens! Kokedama, which translates to “moss ball,” is a traditional Japanese art form where plants are nestled in a ball of moss and string, creating a unique hanging garden. Children will have the opportunity to learn how to craft and care for their very own mini Kokedama during this hands-on workshop. The event is FREE for kids and will take place from 10-11 am under the Market Verandah. No bookings are required, so simply drop by and join in the fun! Donations are welcome to support our workshops, the most important thing is that children come with adult supervision.
