Kimchi Club
Healthy Korean Food for Everyone.
The Kimchi Club brings the rich traditions of Korean fermentation to the Adelaide Showground Farmers’ Market, crafting authentic fermented foods in small batches using traditional methods and South Australian produce.
Founded by Minka Park, who migrated to Australia from South Korea, The Kimchi Club is built on a passion for sharing culture through food. Every product is handmade and hand packed with care, allowing natural fermentation to develop the complex flavours and unique characteristics that make fermented foods so special.
The range includes authentic kimchi, fermented vegetables, condiments and Korean inspired sauces, made using premium ingredients sourced from local farmers and suppliers wherever possible. The products are raw, alive and naturally fermented, creating foods that are both nourishing and full of character.
As a certified social enterprise, The Kimchi Club is committed to creating meaningful employment opportunities for migrant women while fostering cultural connection and community through food.
Looking for breakfast or brunch while you shop? Minka now also offers freshly prepared Bibimbowls, at the market and ready to eat. Featuring rice, seasonal vegetables and a selection of handcrafted kimchi, it’s a nourishing meal that showcases the versatility and flavour of Korean fermentation.
You’ll find Minka and The Kimchi Club outdoors every Sunday.
