Archy Cooks serves up delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes inspired by Archy’s Indian heritage and love of traditional street food.
But Archy produces traditional dishes like pakora, samosa and her amazing vegetable curry. She has also created a range of fusion dishes which combine her expertise with Indian spices and applies them to familiar dishes from other cuisines. For Archy cooking is about using the best fresh produce and bringing an Indian twist to global favourites. The menu changes with the seasons but be sure to try her curried aranchini balls, masala nachos and kebab tacos.
