South Australia Almonds

Patrick and Julie of The Almond Block, run their almond orchard at Nildottie on the banks of the Murray River . Did you know that it take seven to eight months after flowering before almonds are ready to eat? 

Two delicious varieties of almonds grow on the property: non pareil and carmel. Patrick and Julie sell fresh, raw almonds in a variety of sizes including bulk 10kg boxes as a seasonal special at the end of harvest.
