The morning begins with sparkling wine and orange juice paired with some of the market’s fine charcuterie. Seated around the counter you will enjoy a 2 hour Masterclass on how to make a festive Turkey Pithivier and individual Black Forest Cheesecake and Mousse Desserts, all using seasonal fruit and produce from the Farmers’ Market.
